I saw this fly tied by Tom Mason on other posts and wanted to give it an attempt. Much inferior but
should tempt a few fish.
Hook. ........ Varivas S 2000. Sz 12
Thread ....... Pearsall’s Gossamer light yellow
Body. ....... Yellow seal fur
Thorax. ....... Hare’s ear
Hackle. ....... Outer covert feather of a woodcock. Stripped one side

What a wonderful pattern and so well tied! Good Job! Ray is right! This pattern will go and find them! The yellow seal fur is awesome! A rich, golden yellow! Keep a tight rein on that stuff!

So, while trying to view this pattern, I realized that one of my grandsons had scribbled all over the computer screen with a pink sharpie; it made the fly look like it was constructed with Tups dubbing. Very nice, I love a good Tups.
