Very nice Hans, I imagine that would be well received here as a Whitebait imitation when they run up the rivers in Spring.
The very best 2013 to you Sir.

A nice fly that should work well for the warm water species I fish for down here.

I've noticed it a few times and meant to ask. What is the brand of the Bobbin holder that you use? I like the long tube to reach in on long-shank hooks.

Kirk,

I use a number of different bobbin holders - so there is no single answer.

For this video I was using a Tiemco ceramic bobbin holder.

Oops, wrong video. The particular one I noticed was ceramic tube, with what looked like knurled aluminum at the finger grip.
I got off of my lazy butt and Googled it, and it looks like a C&F Design Ceramic bobbin holder.

Thanks for the reply.

nicely done Hans!
One of the simplest patterns that I tie and is one of my best fish producers.
