Of course, active military personnel get in free, the popcorn is inexpensive, and sometimes they have a cartoon as well. I recall when they were showing "The Joy Luck Club", which they advertized as a "five hanky" movie, sighs of relief rose from the husbands in the audience when, unexpectedly, a fifteen minute Three Stooges episode prefaced the main attraction. (The wives uttered a universal groan...with eye-rolling.)
