OH speaking of boo ferrules.....Misako and i both have Japanese boo rods (Japanese cane) that have boo ferrules both male and female.......rods are actually quite quick. i really love the things.....her's is a 5 wt., mines a 4 wt. This builder in Japan made them for us, and gave them to us.....the deal was all we had to do was let others use them (cast & fish), and get feedback for him. So come on over and give 'em a try.
