Shetland wool yarn

For those that use Jamieson's, there's a place in Seattle Wa. called Little Knits.
They are running a sale and from what I understand, prices on wool will increase soon.
L.K. has a nice selection of spindrift but shipping might appear steep for only a few skeins.

Could there be a Flymph yarn swap in the future?
I have more than I will ever use but there's more out there that I want.

There is a UK vendor on Etsy selling the Jamieson Spindrift yarn fo $4.80/skein. Shipping is free to the US, if order is over $35.00.

I have not purchased from this vendor, but have been considering it...

Thank you for the offer, but I will decline. I’ve already got some of the Oyster yarn (good stuff!).

Cut into small lengths and mixed in a coffee grinder, the Oyster 290 yarn makes some nice dubbing.

Bob,
I'm familiar with the Oyster 290 as a substitute for the Killer Bug yarn. I have a lifetime supply and would love to see a fly you've tied using the cut up yarn as dubbing.
Thanks- Ken

Bob,
I already have a skein of oyster and a few other flavors.
The autumn for caddis and BWO's and paprika for iso's and spinners really stands out.
Take a pinch after a spin in the grinder and hand card in other colors as you dub.
... and nice job on the killer bugs.

Bob,
I appreciate the photos. I will have to cut some up and put it in my little 70s-era seed/coffee mill.
Thanks- Ken
