this will be the last winged wet fly for a while
gonna try nymphs next
Flytiers sure have a way at making things difficult

In a way, this reminds me of the Parmachine Belle pattern. One of my long time favorites.

Norm, as always, your flies are a masterpiece.

Where do you find such quality wing material? Where I live duck and goose quills are very hard to find, so I mostly have to order them and take a gamble on the quality.

finding quality wing material is a crap shoot at best.

a biannual trip to my local fly shop to hopefully sort out their best materials is a must
