Really nice, what is the rib? Is that resin or head cement coating the body under the rib?

The rib is a single pheasant tail fiber.
I apply thin UV resin (Loon Flow) to the body of the pattern, rib with the PT fiber, then set the resin with my light. The fragile PT fiber is then bonded to the fly.

DUBBN's flies continue to impress and inspire me. It didn't take long for me to steal his idea of imbedding a pheasant fiber in UV as a rib. So I turned his midge larva into a soft hackle. Same body, some Vicuna alpaca dubbing for thorax and a dun hen hackle.

Good looking pattern!!!
Should you end up tying more , here is a little hack I learned....
Tie in two PT fibers. Just in case you break the first one while wrapping it.
I tied a half dozen in Red. With Red PT.
My quarantine ends tomorrow, and I may brave the temps and try them out.
