Very cool technique!
I wonder if he had twisted the two strands in the opposite direction whether he would still have needed keep twisting as he wrapped?

Bob, I used the rotary on my vise and did not have to twist as much as him.

Did you actually acquire the Widow Web or did you just rifle through
your stash of yarn and find something close.
I do like the larger leggy head on your version.

Rick, there are a few Shark Caddis videos. Each uses a different material for the body. I had never heard of Widow Web until I saw it on the video. I saw Zelon was used in another video. I knew as soon as I saw the first video that tan polypropylene yarn would work fine.
