Good evening folks!
Below and with Rays help (Thanks so much Ray!), I am posting a weighted March Brown Nymph! During a recent talk with Ray, I told him about the good success I have had with the weighted version of this venerable wet fly! I will post the recipe a little later! Let me know what you think!
I have to admit....it feels good to once again post something on the forum! It has been way too long! Again, thanks Ray!

Nice lookin' tie - should attract more than a few. Can you give us the recipe? Body looks like Hare's Ear +.
Thanks. :)

DOUGSDEN, Howdy;

Doug, your infectious joy is always welcome and your fly shows
the care and finesse you use when tying. Thanks for taking the time
to share the results with us.

That is really a nice fly, Doug. The spun body has just enough sparkle and its spiky appearance channels Leisenring, Hidy, Nemes, and Rosborough. To top it off, you've done a excellent job with some quality brown partridge. It's good to have you back posting your patterns.

Well done. I'm not partial to weighted flies in general, but especially at this time of the year, they can be useful. That one looks like a killer.
