Re: Light Yellow and Brown
Wow! The color of it is fantastic and the ribbing is wrapped so precisely. Well done.
Surely a deadly weapon in anyone's fly box.

Fly tying haute couture! The colors are fantastic and they accessorize brilliantly with the hook tones. It's almost like you channeled your inner Herb Tarlek, you know, where the belt has to match the shoes, only you did it way better.

Thanks folks. Time to head out for a few weeks' and try to pay for my tying and fishing habits.

Simple and effective, just another stellar pattern from your vise. Any place you can wet this one where you are working?
Re: Light Yellow and Brown
Yes there is alot of water to fish here in Eastern Colorado (Brighton and Briggsdale). Sadly, I work 13 to 17 hour days, for 14 straight days.

Nice hackle, it appears to be Coch-y- Bondhu…… very nice. I use something similar, but with a brown body or a peacock body that works very well for me in the spring time.
Good luck fishing!
