Wayne,
Talk about your clean and concise and absolutely beautiful set of flies before us! I want to go to the Wayne G. school of tying! Can you schedule me in sometime?
In a state of jaw drop,
Doug

Re: Starling and Purple
Mike, Huge compliment and I really appreciate it! Really, I stand in the shadows (peering out) of the tall timbers that make up the Flymph Forum! I learn and try to retain (it's getting tougher all the time) the info that everyone has graced me with including yourself! Our sport is so richly blessed...

Re: Generic Green Drakes
Pretty cool looking nymphs Wayne! They have just got to catch a trout! I love the contrasting copper colored strip on the back! That has to be a hot spot (trigger) to a watchful trout or salmon!
Great work friend! We wanna see more!

Re: Silk Color
Rex, How nice it is to hear from you again! How have you been? Silk color is usually determined by the pattern you wish to create! I have been re-reading Skues and he talks about how important it is to have your silk "harmonize" with the fur that you are using to make the pre-spun bodies w...
