Nicely tied, I like the clipped body hackle.
I've not used hen hackle for wingless wets only for dries and some streamer patterns.
How does it react when drifted, is there much movement of the fibers?

That's very nice, I usually don't tie winged wets but I'll tie a dozen or so of that fly.

William I generally fish the 'Exceptional Waters' section of the Middle Grand early and late season.
